I guess it was sold for 20 Keys, can see the keys history not showing up on that exact date it was sold. Last seen date shows on this day which probably means it was sold for 20 there. Maybe we need to wait for a day or two to show the history on site? Anyway, it doesn't make sense, just trying to guess.

Yeah that sale is 20, birch confirmed it in the deleted comment below. It looks like 36 sold for 20, so id probably exclude both and go 30 flat.
