Sold for a Terror Watt Coldsnap Cap, where during September the TW Coldsnap Cap sold for $40 (https://marketplace.tf/shop/76561198091502579/items/tf2/30542;5;u57) which dividing it by the average price of Keys on September 6th and 24th/25th we get $1.84 which gives us around 21 Keys. While there was a $25 Sale on March 26th that seems like a QS to me https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/30112;5;u108 as we see there was a $40 sale earlier in the same month. So it seems to me the Tesla Norman sold for around 21 Keys, which is consistent with the $40 Sale previously in March.
