Sell orders start at 0.11 ref. Excluding 0.05 sell order due to being outlier quicksell listing compared to vast majority listings for 0.11 ref.

Excluding all other sales due to them being either too low for current buy orders or too high for current sell orders. Going with 0.05 - 0.11 ref.

Scrap.tf has 63 for sale @ 0.05 ref currently. Lots of weapons have sell orders at 0.11 on backpack due to scrapbanking, so I'm not sure if this raise is justified

STN has 24 unsolds at 0.05 as well
