Untraceable, looks like a deposit to marketplace.tf, but owner has changed with no record of sale, as it was deposited on sept 7th, but only recorded sale is sept 2nd

Looks like person traded in a smoking tam o shanter, steaming tough stuff muffs and some hats for the headgear and 12 keys + 16 ref, however bot was selling the headgear at ~13.5 at time (see https://bot.tf/stats/listings/Y96VDOK6) so taking as 13.5 keys which fits the original range

Other sales in this items history are a trade back and forth from the tftrade.ru site and a banned user in the same day, so untraceable none the less

So only usable sale is one at 13.5 from the first sale, which fits the original range
