Buyers are also up to roughly 17.38k so 18-20 as fish says would be a good resuggest

I'm honestly leaning more towards 18-20 here; I feel it is supported by the sales at 18, the sale at 20, and the supportive sale at 24. With there only being 2 sales at ~17 and buyers being pretty much at your proposed range of 17.5, I can't help but feel this suggestion values the pillar a little low.

do you think i should just make a new one or just leave it as it is?
