This is for CLEAN sale.

Sale #1: Sold for Ooze Jungle Wreathe (297 Keys) + 60 Keys pure = 357 (I could not find the compare link)

Sale #3: I bought it for 325 keys pure.

Suggesting at [320 - 350] instead of (320-357 > Because seller DUPED for 350)

You can't base the high-end off a seller I'm afraid

Wreath is outdated and this should be used on the wreath, and there are more sales to look at, if nothing else is valid go with 320 - 325

Well sale #1 was sold 357, won’t that count at all? I wanted to put high end of 357, but there’s seller at 350 so I didn’t exceed that price.

Not really, it is much better to update the price of the Wreath instead (since that is the only recent sale it has)

This leaves you with 320 and 325 as sales so 320 - 325 works nicely here.

I understand your logic behind using 350 but that isn't how the rules teach us to price.

Isn't wreath's price recent as well? It was bought in marketplace for 297~.
