The average of the sales is about 55.95 so I'm rounding it up to 56 keys which reflects around how much current sellers are asking.

You dont take avg when you have multiple sales, you take a range. So for this it would be 35-71 but the sales at 69 and 71 seem high so it might be better to exclude those.

There are unsolds at 55-65 so in any case 69-71 is high
