Where are you getting this key price from?
If this was an MP sale then you could use MP key prices, however this is a PayPal sale so you should be using PayPal key prices.

You need to use paypal key prices, this is not a marketplace sale.
You can find paypal key sellers in the bp forums, if they have had sales you can get an average paypal key price from there
the issue being i don't have access to the forum due to a ban years ago. i'll close this suggestion and ask around.

a steam support glitch, it was put up for auction months ago and i won the bidding.
