Bought one recently for 145 keys/(141 Actual provable value) in pure mixed items recently.

You also need to do minis for the other items involved in the trade if they haven't been priced within 3 months, instead of estimating near buy orders.

Was estimated for whole numbers, and then subtracted a single key for errors. If anything the price is lower than buy orders.

Again, you should not be pulling estimations and such. As I already said, check out the rules/guides.

Im not exactly sure how to get those properly. Seems more complicated than i anticipate, unless im just overthinking it

Im not sure how to go about getting the removed and added for one of the users. there are two entries in a row on different dates and its all confusing me a bit. and one of the entries doesnt have the items removed seperated by trade.

However, the Charmer's Chapeau has an outdated price so it will need a mini (price update) before you can price this item. Other than that, the other sales you provided are good

I just remembered that he traded me back my charmers for 27 keys. I posted it below. Don't know if that counts as proof.

That should work since it got sent back. For the Medi Gun, you don't count the part in the value, you treat it as if it didn't have one. In this case, the median value of the medi is 24.35 keys, rounding to 24. 90 + 27 + 24=141 keys. Buyers at 107 counter 100. I think 120-141 will be fine, you'll need to close this and resuggest at 120-141 or 120-140 and copy all the relevant proof to your new suggestion

A few notes before you do so: you should show the effect of the hat in your screenshots and when you resuggest, make sure you show the trade with the Chapeau and the 27 keys
