This is my first suggestion. I am something of a Disco Beat Down collector, only some rare hats here and there. I have experience with the effect! Using recent purchases, this should be the correct updated price.
SALE 1:

SALE 2:

(For some reason my name won't show up in the history but I did own this item.) Using item overpay, 1:1 with sweets. Vintage Alien Swarm Parasite. (Max price 250)
Please leave constructive criticism below, as I've tried to research all recent sales of this item. Have a nice day.
For the first sale you shouldn't use the current key price for marketplace sales but rather the key price for the day of the sale, which would be 1.88 in the first sale, thus 379.99/1.88 = ~202 keys. Additionally the September 5th sale is still in date (<3 months ago) so you would likely need to include that in the list of sales as well, though you can always argue if any sales should be excluded, say if you determine its a quicksell or if its untraceable
For the second sale you can't just take the maximum price of the vintage alien swarm, you would either take the middle/average of the price range if the most recent price suggestion for it was in date (<3 months ago) or if the price was not in date you would need to make a mini for it. Also I might subtract the sweets from valuation since they amount to a few keys total
So you probably have to close this and make a new suggestion since the prices you have are inaccurate

Thank you! I'll go ahead and do that, while closing this one. Have a good day/night.
