Hmm yeah that does complicate it a bit. Gonna keep this open a bit more to see if more sales cause sales at 13.5 20 and 35 is really wide

Couple of new sales happened but none of them will give us a reliable range here. I think these sales are too discrepant to price this right now, so its probably best to close and wait for more sales before doing so.
