$0.26 looks like a low outlier (buyers are at $0.34)
for scm sales i wouldn't take $0.03 as the ref price but rather using key prices on the day of the sale and multiple by the cost of keys in ref.
i guess i'll close this, calculating each sale with the median key price is gonna require a lot of work
