One person buying for a refined higher compared to many other bots who are buying for 14 refined. Still marking that one buy as an outlier because most sellers are going for 4-5 ref higher than suggested price, which I think just having 20.77 as a price would be a good median of both ends
it probably makes sense to check out scm sales as well since there have been so many at a stable price in the past month compared to just a single sale here.

I literally just wrote "If the current price of classified listings has a considerable gap, see if there are sales on SCM for prices of both ends first before suggesting." in my notes, and I realize that I probably should've wrote that like 250 suggestions ago.
I'll see if I can take sales from SCM for every suggestions I'll be submitting in the future if needed, just like this one. Sorry Blaze.
