first sale date is 14 sep.

The date of the sale doesn't matter - if there are buyers that counter a sale it shouldn't be included. I guess you could wait for the opinion of a mod, but I really do not think 125 should be included.

Thats right, also I dont think it will ever be sold again for that low since the prices of halloweens are only rising up. As the fact ill add that I will not let it go for less than 190 pure even if Ive had to wait for ages. Last suggestion should been open until mod would take a look at it and tell his opinion.

Exactly. The fact that the suggestion is now means that we have to look at the market right now. If 125 is now a QS, we can't include it in today's price.

when the sale happened , it wasnt a quicksale so still makes sense to include it ig, also rubi doesnt quicksale halloweens i guess

Maybe it wasnt a quicksell but still a pretty big discount if we take a look at the fact he's quickbuying it now for 120.

Seems okay to me, but I'll address some of the concerns in the comments.

How? R+ubi owned it for well over 2 weeks before selling it. Additionally, the buyers haven't caught up to 125 yet; we have only 2 takers at 120.

You're right but this is a speculative argument; we consider only sales. I suspect you will eventually fetch more for this and we can suggest higher as we see proof that it can sell for higher.
