Sold here with a Orb Forest Fire FT Flamethrower + Orb Black Dahlia MW Pistol for Infernal Zoomin + Hot Quack Canvassed FT Detonator + Orb Sandstone FT pistol + Spec. KS Australium Stickybomb Launcher + 9 keys.
Conclusion
Excluding the bulk sale, as the Pink Elephant was only one of 3 energy orb weapons sold and doesn't represent a majority of the total value sold.
Excluding 124 key quicksell, taking 298 keys. Rounding to 300 keys.
300 keys
interesting item
sold for 222$, then 525$ then resold soon after for less then that.
makes me think the 525$ sale and the bulk sale is a result of a buyers remorse leaving only the $222 sale that people are considering a "quicksale"
imo might be best to wait for another sale
Hard to pit the value of the Elephant in the bulk sale, as the Elephant did not represent a majority of the total value sold.
In addition, the bulk trade is hard to accurately value, as the Hot Quack Canvassed FT Detonator does not have a useable mini.
The bulk sale is the sticky launcher + 44 key item + 144 key item for 56 key item + 59 key item + 27 key item + 20 key item + 9 keys and a unpriced item which looks like it could be anywhere from 30-60 keys in value. So the bulk sale would put the sticky launcher at like 50 keys. Regardless, the bulk sale makes the sticky launcher seem a lot lot less than what your price suggesting it at. Maybe cash was involved that we don’t know about?
Would you mind writing minis for "Orb Forest Fire FT Flamethrower + Orb Black Dahlia MW Pistol + Infernal Zoomin + Hot Quack Canvassed FT Detonator + Orb Sandstone FT pistol"?
Then you could accurately make that claim.
44 key valuation for that Orb Forest Fire FT Flamethrower would put the Flamethrower at below the current cheapest Orb SMG on the market.
https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5f57db9988b1d705974597ad Here’s the 144 key item priced 3 months ago, the Aussie sticky has buyers and sellers around 20 keys give or take a few keys. For the sticky to have a 300 key value, the items it sold for would have to price jump by double or the items it was included with would have to price jump down by like double. Would you mind writing minis? Your the one price suggesting this at 300 keys.
Regardless, the Elephant still does not clearly represent a majority of the total value of items sold, and bulk sales cannot be used.
If the sticky launcher actually is valued at 300 keys then that means it would be more than 50% of the total value of the trade as the pistol was priced at 144 keys 3 months ago and that leaves the flamethrower which even if that was 150 keys then the sticky launcher would still be very slightly more than 50% value of the total items sold. Looking at the items it sold for compared to the three energy orb weapons which was given for them, the items it sold for don't seem to be that high in value, actually I would even value the three energy orb weapons way more for what it sold for. Regardless the bulk sale makes the sticky's value not seem like 300 keys or it was just a really bad sale for the three energy orb weapons.
So what you're saying is that the suggested price is too high?
No, I'm saying the bulk sale is not really usable.
Looking at the bulk sale it does seem very high. Plus it sold for $222. It only has one sale around 300 keys which isn’t the most recent. Which would make sense with Vincentius’s logic that the bulk sale could be buyers remorse.
$222 is a quicksale based on time, it sold almost immediately after being listed on marketplace. Mistail was chashing out to Fenfen.
So it was a pre-arranged deal.
If it was a pre-arranged deal then that would mean the buyer contacted the seller before it listed, and that would make the sale not a quicksale, but as a normal sale.
Yeah, I botched the wording there. But it was a cashing out, not a normal sale
Cashing out doesn't mean quicksell. People can cash out and sell their items for good value or even a ton of value. People don't have to discount their items to cash out. Again, if the buyer contacted the seller before it was listed on marketplace then that is a pre-arranged deal and then they would set up a time to put it up on the market so they sell it to the right person which would mean it would sell right away.
