Don't price the PE Mancer's Hood, sales are too discrepant to draw a range and then attempt to use it to price the BF Das Hazmatten

However, just to put out my maths, hypothetically if we treated the Beams Slo to be similar in price to the SF Guten, then they cancel and the Hazmatten's value can be derived from the sale here on the Hood, placing it around ~300 to 350 keys perhaps

This places Sale 3 somewhere around 450 keys in value which I am confident supports the range that the other 2 sales provide.
