2 month seller at 36 is gone, but 2 week seller at 40 may make your high end too high.

The seller at 36 raise their listing to 40, but it still hasn't sold for ~3 weeks.

That makes the Marketplace sales look high, so I'd wait for another sale before updating this.

Marketplace sales might as well be completely invalid now, since only 10~ people can sell there. Not a very accurate indicator of the market when there's no competition.
