400 sale happened months before marketplace shut down and there is no evidence that it quicksold. What we know is someone paid 450+ for something only to resell for 310 only a few weeks later. This indicates the 400 sale is a high outlier. In addition, the outdated sales support 310 flat, the noh mercy sale you linked is $560 / $1.89 (7 day average used since key fluxuations) = 296.30 keys, subtract the 25 keys in adds make that sale ~275, which does not support 400 here.
If you do not want to price this at 310 flat this will have to be left outdated, your pick.
