wondering if 28 is low; sold within 3 days and Erik flipped it for 40 within 2 weeks, not to mention the buyers are close to it.

I'd say 40 flat is the way to go here.

Hmm okay, there was a similar example that one of my team members did which was the c9 sophisticated smoker, one really low sale, one sale at 28, another at 41 and another for 75 or so

I put off suggesting that one because of the unstableness of the smoker but I suppose the same logic applies here with discrepant sales. I'll close and resuggest at 40 flat
