    whats the reasoning behind excluding 28 and 29?

      I figured that they were too far from the other 5 sales to consider at the moment - two of sales are in pure, one in items, and then four MP sales - 28/29 only looking “close” to 21 because of a large difference in key price. If the key prices were the same, its a $20 difference which is really like 10-11 keys. And if sales were theoretically 22/22/22/23/24/32/32 (using a theoretical value of only $1.85), it looks better to say the $60 MP sales are outliers, at least until there is more support at that range.
