That gives sales at 16 -> 20 on one history and 29 -> Bulk -> 37 capped at 30 -> 33 with the buyer selling it at 26 on the other history.

With how wildly the sales differ, I'd wait for more sales before updating this.

I can see that, I suppose given the sales do get capped when they were larger sales and subsequently did resell for lower, it makes sense to close for now!
