As a result, I'd cut off 97 also, giving this a range of 83 - 96 Keys (83 can be included because of 2 instances where the buyer dumped for less).

Where does the 96 keys come from? Also, why exclude the 105 sale? It isn't really an outlier if you already have a sale at 97 pure and 93 pure.

96 comes from sale #1. The Stove Pipe is in date @ 45.5 so that + the 50 pure total to 95.5 which rounds up to 96. This definitely should've been said in the suggestion though. I too do agree that 105 should be included, 96-105 sounds like a fair range.

They should really include the 93 sale as well as it was a pure sale for a 93-105 range. It isn't a bad range.

105 isn't included because the person who paid 105 resold it for 59 Keys, which indicates 105 shouldn't have been paid in the first place and isn't representative of this item's price.

93 isn't included because it's a Duped sale which is below the clean sales. The other Duped sales are as well...
