Actually, if the sale was 28 Keys, then that can be your low end. Sorry for making you fix this again, but I couldn't decipher what Bivers' sale was.

28 to 30 will work.

Should it not then be 28-31? 33 is an outlier but there are multiple sales at 31.

I only see 1 sale in your proof, but that was one of the sales I marked as ? because neither the histories nor IDs of the Keys matched with the buyer.

Also, there's a 5 month old seller at 30 that suggests anything above that is high.
