Price dipped as low as 10.22 but buy orders at 11.11 with successful trades so can't price below there currently. No evidence of movement above it so sticking with a flat price for now.

Why isn't 11.22 included?

Seems to be last sale that would occur in that range since now buyers and sellers at 11.11. Trades started at old price and declined until this happy medium. Evidence to suggest movement at 11.11
