Given the controversy around this sale and the numerous lower buyouts the seller had, I do not believe using this sale is a good idea. I discussed this with the other moderators and they agree that leaving this outdated is the best course of action.
Not sure why this cannot go through I paid in full pure with for what I got. Clean 1 of 1 and going off buy orders I cannot agree with being a reason for this not to go through...I paid a lot for this and can't get it priced to what it should be is pretty unfair and not gonna lie upsetting when people have buy order bots and how can that be ok. Makes no sense to me what so ever and screwing me over what I paid for and it's 1 of 1. Also yet people can price an item sometimes because they pay a ton of extra for the spells on the items and all because it's been years as this 2 years outdated, they get priced at a ridiculous price. Their is no other Hellfire Whirly Warrior that exist...not even dupe to my knowledge. I have been apart of TF2 for years! I have 16 years of service and this I cannot lie is very upsetting and unfair that I feel like I do not have a say in this since it's an item that I seriously purchased with my own money not anyone else. How would you feel if this was done to all of you. I think this is very unfair & upsetting. Where is the controversy? Who are they? I want to know because people will say whatever just because they personally for some reason don't like someone. I feel cheated out on getting this priced if this does not go through. I'm not getting hats priced and trying to manipulate pricing on hats to use for trading and tryin to just make profit as a lot of traders or sharks. Not gonna lie I am very upset and definitely would like a better in depth reason then, "Given the controversy around this sale and the numerous lower buyouts the seller had" I can say that's enough. I want to see screenshots of proof on who said what and their reasons why please and thank you.

When I sold the whirly i originally was talking about buyouts around 600 nowhere near 1050, buy orders where not even 100 and I just held back then sold a few months later at 1050 and it passed no problem, I don't see the problem with this sale, its 1 of 1 and was a pure sale of all things, with the influx of hweens over the past few years and with literal evidence of a sale this should pass no problem.
As a clarification on the above - the controversy is not necessarily the high value, but the fact that a trade agreement was broken prior to this sale happening; the info can be found here:

Since an agreement was made to sell for 650 it makes it really hard to ignore the fact that it was listed for less and that the seller was willing to take less. Due to the large variety in buyouts, any value chosen here will end up being arbitrary, which makes us believe that pricing this based on this sale is not a good idea.
