I'm not seeing anything at $109.99, but if you're referring to the sale at $105.99 from ~2months ago, I've always been fairly against the stance people seem to take on modifications (i.e. spells, killstreaks) to relatively expensive base weapons, in that they say it adds no value when doing suggestions. For this at least, the cost of a proks black box kit is ~1/5 of the cost of the base item. I don't think we should use an older higher sale of a modified version than the recent regular sale. Besides, the buyers on the SCM for the c.f.proks black box are higher than $106 and the buyers on the SCM for the c.f. black box are ~$25 lower.
