For Marketplace sales after December 15th, you need to use the average Key price for the week of the sale (date of the sale +/- 3 days).

For Marketplace sales before December 15th, you need to use the average Key price for the week leading up to the sale (date of the sale and the 6 prior)

That'll make the Key price for the December 29th sale $2.15 and $1.79 for the November 13th sale. The Toque sales will now be 9.297 and 10.055 Keys.

9.297 can still be excluded as it's 0.017 Keys above buy orders, but keep that in mind for future suggestions.
