There's countless of hats that have actually had at least 1 chance of being priced (1 usable sale) per year, but since there's such an enormous amount of different unusuals in the existence, the work force to update them simply isn't enough to avoid usable sales slipping past our radar. And then there's hats that never actually had a sale/usable sale after being unboxed. There's also hats which sale(s) were missed/didn't work out after bought by a collector resulting in a price never being set. Point is, there's many scenarios to the matter resulting to hats like this one :shrug:
