I sold a big elfin deal that's 10-11 keys so I think the price should be the amount of this should be 9-11 since this item isn't often sold

You need proof of sales for this item, you can't just price this based on what you sold an other item for. "this item isn't often sold" isn't a valid reason to suggest a random range.
