This could definitely use a range. Something like 41.88-46.22 would look fine with those sales. BUT it would probably be better to use stuff like gladiator.tf stats instead of scm sales because the price of ref on scm doesn't exactly match the cash price of ref (because you can't sell ref on there and it has to be calculated with the current key price in ref and it's often different from the cash price). Unfortunately there's only one sale on gladiator.tf at the moment and even that is unusable as the current sellers counter it.
Edit: I'd recommend to wait for a more experienced person than me to respond though before re-suggesting.
probably best to leave it unpriced tbh, only Gladiator sale is 2 keys which is obviously an outlier. SCM looks rather unstable too

a flat value doesn't make sense for this given sales have varied a lot as you have mentioned. this will need a range.
