I paid 175 Keys two months ago for this 1 of 1 hat. No other recent sales.

While there are no 'recent' sales according to the rules, there is a sale at 180 keys from September 22nd;

If the suggestion were to be made at the date of the last sale, it could've and would've been included since it would still be indate, being a 3 month old sale.

That would make the range 175-180.

Since it's a 1 of 1 unusual, I would assume that the sale can be included. I am not entirely sure so having a price moderator give their thought on this would be appreciated.

I was asked previously by a price moderator to exclude that sale (which the seller clarified was for 190 Keys, not 180) and to wait for additional sales. It seems unlikely (to put it mildly) that there will be more sales anytime soon since I'm the owner of the 1 of 1 hat and I currently have no plans to sell it. But I have nonetheless waited two months. If I wait any longer my own purchase will go out of date.
