I can imagine the price to be 22-28 keys. Now im waiting for your opinions. Im new to suggestions so i accidentally removed them yikes...

It's right on the 3 month threshold, you're better off not using it and just using the two more recent sales.

My take on this, based on the proof provided, is go with 22-24. You should also provide screenshots showing effects and such of the hats involved in those accepted trade offers though.
