With how evenly the sales are spread here I suppose 13-20 would work; an argument could be made for 13-16 as well, as 20 seems to be the odd one out, but with new hats like these I would prefer the full range; 13-20 would also be more in line with the whoopee's recent market change, as it seems to have raised slightly since it was last updated, even though it is still in-date.
