This was most definitely not the only sale in a long time - there's also this sale, which was only two months earlier.

I cannot trace the sale, but thats almost guaranteed to be much, much lower. If we look a little further back - a few days longer than the 3 month threshold (from when this sale occurred), we find it sold for a sulph cosa. While that one is not directly usable it would definitely be an implication that 310 is going to be high.
You'll probably need to verify the first sale here to see if a range may be workable, but if that ends up where I think it will end up, this will need to remain outdated.

With that in mind, 310 flat is definitely going to be too high here, especially considering the sulph cosa sale as well.
