        Hmm ok, i think it might be best to either leave this unpriced for now due to the range in sales, or leave it at 72-75 as a base range?

          i think it's better left unpriced since there are 2 sales at the 75 range and 2 sales at the 175 range, 72-75 would represent the price unfairly
