3 sold on day but prob the ~51.43 it says = ~20.5 keys

25 was probably a sale but sold to a private inventory that flipped it soon after.

Neither of these are technically usable but support a range of ~20 - 25, which 23 falls in the middle of. Thus this suggestion seems fine.
