Trade was done on 24th Jan and seems to be an SCM sale. From what I can see there was one sale on 24th at ~ 14 keys. Assuming that is the sale, it is lower than the buyers. (https://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Unusual%20Taunt%3A%20The%20Fist%20Bump)

Edit: Or it could be just sold as a Unique version then a unusualifier was used on it
