Final Price = 13-24 keys
The user who bought it for 24 keys resold it for 13 keys. So for all that trouble, the user just ends up with a 11 key loss. Neither sale is an accurate representation of the price, and the price should remain outdated until another sale occurs.
You make a good point
Sadly you'll have to close this since neither of those two sales represent the market correctly for this item
At the same time, most unusual suggestions involve someone buying and reselling an unusual. Even if they lost 11 keys, are we really to judge and say that their valuation of the unusual at those two points in time isn't accurate? Maybe you're right and it isn't what most traders would do. But also, anyone can say that a deal was bad for someone, but if the user decided it was in their best interest at the time, and a mutual selling price was agreed, I think it can still be used. But maybe I'm just crazy, who knows.
There are many past suggestions that have to close because the user who bought the item later sold it for significantly less (or even just less, not so much significant)
Here are some examples:

Yeah, gotcha. I will close the suggestion, since that seems the appropriate thing to do. I realize that the rules / common standards for suggestions must be followed. However, I still think there is an argument for these types of suggestions to at least have some consideration as usable sales in the future.
