I will use the 49 pure sale for this price suggestion as it is the only pure sale matching current sell orders and shows a more in date price in the current market.

Conclusion

88, 100, 114, 186 (Tavish) in date and recently priced 125 + 49 (Gauzed Gaze) most recent and traceable sale + 12 keys pure = 186

Buy orders are at 110 keys on the stove pipe

88 & 100 seem low here so will go with 114 & round to 185 for sale 4

185 looks like an outlier here, also given the seller at 175 for a clean one and all the clean sales are a lot lower. Maybe go 114 flat here, the dupe sale at 185 will support a raise

Given that the Tavish recently got priced at 120 - 130 this should be included in the sales despite whether or not being duped, even 114 flat is low comparing it to the current buy orders. Basically be pricing it at buy order price

Wouldn’t it be better to include my sale instead? L’homme is heavily outdated by 3 years, I could just minus the gaze off the sale making it 137 keys ( tavish + keys) in date hat too. Could go 114 - 137? Sellers original B/O was 140 so that could work

That'd make the L'homme sale also under 125, so the clean sales are 100, 114, <125, and 125, while the duped sales are duped sales 90 and 140.

140 still looks to be high, given it was 186 before the buyout cap.

While close to buy orders, 114 isn't below them and wasn't a quicksale - it was listed for a few days, so it's fine to include.
