When this suggestion was made, the Milkman was being used to update the Starboard's price, so you wouldn't be able to use that here, but that sale is no longer being used for the Starboard. With the Starboard's new price being 140 Keys, that'd make Sale 1 ~100 Keys here.

I'd look into the Green Energy Milkman and Green Energy Killer Exclusive to make sure that sale doesn't end up lower than 150.

100 is also likely too low, so I imagine once the KE and GE Milkman are looked into, that sale can be used as the low end here.
