The 3 key 50 ref sale can be considered an outlier, since it's countered by current sellers and sales far below 50 ref. As for cash sites, there isn't a need since there are valid and reasonable sales on gladiator(similar situation to my quetzal sugg). Painted hats aren't counted since they add value to the base hat, and typically sell for more than just the hat itself
