Can’t find this one on premium search, but sold on marketplace.tf 24/02/21 for $44.99, median key price on that day on mp was $2.11, therefore 21.32 keys, rounded to 21

Sold on marketplace.tf for $40 on 15/11/20 probably to https://backpack.tf/u/76561198174389586. Earliest median key price I can see on Marketplace is $1.76 from 01/12/20. Rolling that backwards a couple of weeks gives us 22.72 keys, rounded to 23. Not counted in suggested range due to age of sale and no firm key price for the day of trade.

Therefore suggesting value of 20-21

Sorry! £21.24; I've added an image to the imgur link in the suggestion. I was counting SCM keys as £1.80 at the time, so 11.8 by my reckoning. Quickbuys on bptf on the date of purchase were at 13 keys 11.33 ref - I've also added a screenshot of that to the imgur. I'd obviously discounted that from any suggested range as an outlier.

No worries, that is definitely a low outlier here. There is currently a SCM seller at ~17 keys (https://gyazo.com/dcf7b745eebb69edb84c44f9d253033a) I am watching right now, depending on what happens to the seller this suggestion will either be fine as-is or 17 will be needed to added to the range.
