Diary (57) + 68 keys = 125 keys.
------------------------------
Diary is priced at 57.5 keys (50~65) about 4 months ago and is still indate.
Buy orders at 52 keys: https://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Fireproof%20Secret%20Diary/Tradable/Craftable
Sales on mplc: https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/5605;6
(Multiple sales at around 140~155$(65~72keys) on average, except few low 80~120$ which I assume to be quick sales)

Average key price on mplc 7 months ago: 1.84$
It was sold on mplc for 110$ 7 months ago.
Then it was sold for 280$ in just 2 weeks.

110/1.84=59keys
280/1.84=152keys
However, range is too wide and too old to be used so I will just leave it at that.
Please let me know if there is anything to be added or fixed.

B/O caps at 120
resuggest this @ 120
lmao
1. that IS the hat that's been sold at 125 keys mix
It's only 1 of 1, remember?
https://backpack.tf/item/7253105748
2. B/O =/= proof of actual sale
So, no I don't think I will :^)
Unfortunately since there was a buyout at 120 keys that means the seller would have taken 120 keys if that's what they got offered, so the sale will have to be capped at 120 keys thus you'll need to resuggest at 120
https://backpack.tf/help/suggestions
"Quickbuy" trades and buyouts (B/O) do not count towards evidence. Quickbuyers do not look for a specific item in particular. Buyout values are often unmet, and in most circumstances do not reflect the perceived value of the item.
---------
You can argue that in this case B/O reflected it's value since it's only 5 keys under the what is has been sold for in mix but rule states that B/O does not count as evidence.
IF you or anyone can provide further evidence that this very hat is sold for 120 Keys pure flat, then I will resuggest the price.
As Strange says, B/O capped which means the seller would have taken 120 keys pure.
As stated in your evidence, we can read in the trade offer comment: "I've added 2 keys to your trade [...], I couldn't find any Buy Orders higher than 52 keys." - which means that the seller valued the diary as 52 keys, which it's quicksell price.
52 + 68 = 120 keys
Since B/O was 120 keys, it can't be valued higher.
kk fine i didn't notice that he valued the diary as qs price
