Just because the b/o was 20 doesn't mean it was valued at 20 in the bulk for keys sale. If you can verify what ultralow valued it at it might be usable but I probably wouldn't use the sale regardless.

I'll see if I can find chatlogs from the time but he sold them to valpip who resold them to Erik as he does and most of them were for his pure buyouts

I very much doubt Erik pays pure buyouts when he buys in bulk whether its direct or not, so I would really not rely on this and wait for more sales to price this
