it can if its the only sale, and its a 1:1 so its the only sale

It is barely indate. Typically these do get left up for a month or so. If it resells within that time then a resuggestion will be due. For the time being, looks fine

if it does get sold do i need to leave this sale out?

Hmm, resuggestions are a fine line. Would wait for a mod comment.

If this had been suggested earlier, then it would be excluded. But since it is being suggested so late, I'm not too sure.
