No other recent sales, taking 45 flat

Slobek doesn't seem to want to provide a screenshot of their sale. This leaves us in an awkward situation where we have a lower sale we can't use, making 45 flat almost certainly too high. Unfortunately, I think the best course of action is to leave this outdated.
