Seems accurate. I voted up but I am not sure if this will pass. Not because of the evidence, but just because the reason signs have increased a bit is because the first 3-5 buy listings have been for decalled signs at varying prices, for about a week now. So the bots are out bidding each other in order to try to maintain the remaining 2 slots on the front page of listings.
I've been trying to report the buy orders that are clogging up the classifieds but can't seem to keep up.
