Pretty much a median price of buy and sell orders on classifieds. Median is kiind of leaning towards the low end, but it's better than the current price which is lower than buyers.

yeah there are a lot of sellers for 3.55 now actually, there was a whole page for 3.80-ish just a couple days ago.
