What did you buy it for? Not convinced here that your sale should be an outlier; you seem to have owned it for a while and I see no indication it would have quicksold.

i don’t play demo so i didn’t mind dumping to a friend for pure. 11 days is pretty fast considering that ppl don’t have that much pure lying around, if i was to try and get full price it would have taken atleast a couple months!

The problem here is that usually when people buy something for a huge amount, and then soon after they want to get rid of it, their purchase ends up an outlier. The person that paid 800 must have gambled it away if you won it from them. To support that even he did not value it at 800, he listed it at 700:

So its more than likely that 800 is going to be too high here. It is extremely likely that it only sold so easy for 500 because of the promise of this higher data point, which means that 500 would probably not have happened so fast, if at all, had it not sold for that much before. Given that there is nothing to really dismiss that sale, you could use that to reprice this at 500 (or 505 actually).

No; the main point made in the comment above is that there are very strong indications that 800 is not a reliable sale (he relisted it significantly lower than he paid, gambled it away). It is best not to use such data in suggestions, especially if they are so far above other sales and/or its current value.
