Just here to point out, you originally owned this hat then sold it to Lord of Truth only to buy it back years later. Although I don't personally have an issue with this, the mods might have to consider manip due to the situation. that being said my vote will wait until a higher up puts their 2 cents in. all in all nice sale! and I'm glad you got your baby back.
He basically was trying to sell it for years around 900 keys and mainly was looking for pure. Tried to sell on Marketplace before you could not and got nothing either. Basically bought off of him for 700 keys after so long of no sales. Just thought putting a price onto it would be good. The trade years ago was hard to make a suggestion due to the hats from the past trade was quite iffy to put into a suggestion since some were outdated during that time. I can just remove the suggestion if need be.
Just gonna pop in here

Up to mods to see what happens uhhh I'm not the most experienced with these calls.
Congrats on the purchase regardless!
I do not know if time frame matter. The one you linked was basically less than a year apart vs the scenario I have here is about 3ish years.
I mean I think it's fine but like I said I'm not a price mod so I really don't know the rules on stuff like this
Time definitely matters in such a situation - a lot can happen in 3 years. As such, there's a very big difference between trading it back and forth in quick succession, and rebuying something you used to own years ago. The former case almost exclusively yields unusable sales because most of them will either be (direct) reverts, or the trades will be very lopsided, neither of which are very reliable. Another thing it opens up for is for people to trade hats back and forth to manipulate prices, which of course is something we do not want.
In the latter case, after significant time, there is barely any means to compare the thought processes behind the trades - in quick succession dumps youre generally dealing with people that regretted their purchase, or collectors that overpay tons for something new every so often, resulting in very volatile values for the items traded. When a lot of time passes, this effect is generally negligible, especially after multiple years. There's also no real reason to assume malicious intent - running a 3 year con for a single price suggestion is probably not the post productive use of anyone's time.
So in this case its definitely not an issue that you have previously traded the hat to the same person, as the purchases are years apart.
